How long does it take to deliver the live website from the time I order?

Once we have your answers to our questionnaire, it takes up to 2 weeks for your site to be built and ready to go live.

When I order, what is the process?

– You fill out our questionnaire requesting your logo, color palette, photos, written content, etc.

– We then design the website to suit your answers & send you the design for you to review.

– We will revise the design until you approve.

– You will also be able to add blog posts, new pages, duplicate pages and update / change content on all pages yourself.

– The website is built with responsive viewing on all mobile devices and all screen sizes.

– Our coders use WordPress best practices for coding so it will be tuned for speed.

– We add a basic SEO plugin to your site, and add meta titles & keywords provided by you to help you be found in Google.

– We then give you a link to the site (on our server) for you to test. Once approved we connect the site to your live domain.

– We then give you access to your new live website and we give you 7 days free support to fix any bugs or errors we may have made.

– From that point, you have complete control and ownership over your new website.

– If you need us in the future to make any more revisions to the coding, we will be there to help.

Do I own the website & can I add or change content myself?

Yes, once your website is live, you have complete control and ownership over your new website. We do not hold you ransom in any way. We will be here if you need us to change or fix anything that you can’t do yourself.

What website platform are the templates built on?

All our websites are built on WordPress and use drag and drop page builder so they are easily customizable by you.

Can I change the colors and fonts on the website themes?

Yes, of course. We have done my level best to make sure that all of the themes are easy to customize and that. includes the site colors and fonts.

What is included in the review process?

Once the design team has completed your website, we’ll send you a “launch” email. This email contains login details for you to start the review process.


During the review process, we ask you to confirm that all the information you provided in the initial questionnaire is accurate and is displaying correctly on your website. If any content is incorrect, simply reply to that email and it will be resolved. 


The goal of the review process is to confirm the accuracy of your content. In order to meet our quick turnaround and great price, any design-related requests must be done at a later time. 

I don’t have time to manage my site. Are there maintenance services available?

All of our customers are encouraged to consider using our website care services. Our professional design team can manage specific design requests like adding more pages.

Can I edit my website on my own afterward?

Your site uses a simple drag-and-drop WordPress website builder. You will be able to change images, text, fonts, colors, as well as add more pages and content. Have comfort knowing our Support Team is available 24/7 to answer your questions.

How can I get more pages or content added to my site?

You have the ability to add as many pages as you’d like using the easy-to-use website builder that comes with your website.

Do websites come with a free domain and hosting?

The cost of our website packages does not usually include hosting. However, we often run promo campaigns bundled with a hosting plan, managed security, as well as free SSL, a free domain, and free email accounts.

Will my current website be available during my new website being built?

Yes, your current website will remain live throughout the build process. We build your site on our staging server. Then send to you to review and approve before we go live with the new website and replace the existing website.
